This success is made possible by the many volunteers who work alongside staff members to promote mental health and reach out to people in need. There are many ways that you can be a part of this team and make a real difference to people in our communities.

Volunteer in our office to help with a special mailing, work on a database, help update our website, or to utilize any other skills you may have!

Assist mental health professionals as they screen community members for mental health issues.

Volunteer at a special MHAC event such as our annual Tribute fundraiser (usually in October) or Legislative Education Day (in January).

Attend a school health fair and teach kids or teens about mental health issues.

Put your creativity to work with our Community Services staff, to help develop fun ways to reach out to kids, teens, and community members.
