We maintain a list of community resources such as counseling, support groups, substance abuse treatment, suicide prevention, housing, educational services for children with mental health issues, and national professional organizations. Many charge have reduced or sliding fee scales. It is important to call the agency to confirm fees and services.

Preparing answers to the following questions before calling our office will help us help you more efficiently:

     1.
If yes, have you contacted your insurance company to inquire
         about mental health benefits?

               2. What are the mental health parity laws?
