By supporting MHAC you not only make a financial contribution to our organization, you show that you are making a commitment to your community.  You lead by example in demonstrating your belief that everyone deserves the right to a healthy mind and to mental wellness. 

Every $100 contribution provides:

  • An average of one hour of mental health services for a child, youth or family that is homeless or living in poverty.
  • A one hour mental health educational presentation at a school, business or community agency on topics such as suicide, depression, holiday stress, eating disorders, grief and loss, child abuse and positive discipline.
